Our Guarantee

We want you to absolutely love your lashes and brows, and your experience with each and every member at Regal Beauty Co. If for any reason you are unhappy with your results or any aspect of your service, please contact us within three days ​so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues. customer service is the most important thing to us!

Arriving Late

Your appointment time is booked especially for you. If you are running late, please let us know in advance if possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your appointment, however time may not permit for us to complete your full service. This means that your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to ensure that we are running on time for our next client.

If you arrive ten minutes late or more, we will need to reschedule your appointment so that our artist can provide you with the best quality of work.

Cancellations, Reschedules and No Shows

If for any reason you need to cancel or change your appointment, please do so asap. we need at least 72 hours notice. This ensures that we can offer your appointment time to somebody else.

Anything less means that clients on the cancellation list will miss out. please let us know as soon as you possibly can if you need to cancel.

Failure to give us at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation, will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, this will result in a 25% reschedule fee of the service.

Appointment non-attendance will result in a 100% cancellation fee, and gift vouchers will be void.

Payment in advance may be required for clients with a history of non-attendance or cancelled appointments without 72-48 hours notice.

Payments

All appointments must be secured with a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is transferable to another appointment time, if more than 48 hours notice of a cancellation/change has been given.

Deposits can be paid online, over the phone with card details, or in person at the salon.

If you are wanting to pay via afterpay, please let us know so we can note this on file.

All deposits are due one week from your scheduled appointment.


We accept payment by cash, eftpos, visa, mastercard, and  afterpay.

Children in Salon

At Regal Beauty Co, we are a child friendly salon but we do ask our beautiful clients where possible to please only bring your children if it absolutely necessary. We want to prioritize our client experience, for some there lash and brow appointment is there small period of time where they get to lay down and relax, which can be sometimes hard when children are around. We have also made this decision based on;

1. Chemicals in and around the salon, these can be toxic and harmful to children if they were to accidentally get ahold of them. 
2. We cannot take any responsibility for looking after your child/children and some treatments require you to have your eyes closed. 
3. Our insurance doesn't cover us to have children not receiving a treatment in salon. 
4. At our new space, we have stairs leading up to the salon. These could be difficult with young children and prams. 

We understand it can be hard sometimes to find someone to look after your child or something comes up and you have to bring them. That is okay but please keep in mind everything above. We have had to do this due to insurance and health and safety reasons and we hope you understand.
