In Person Training Refund and Exchange Policy
1. Non refundable enrolment deposit: All enrolment deposits are non-refundable under normal circumstances. Once the purchase is made, we are unable to process ant refunds.
2. Transferrable course dates: Course enrolment dates are transferrable to another, if you are unable to attend. If you wish to transfer your enrolment date, please notify us in advance ( 2 weeks prior to the course date, at the latest) by contacting our customer support team at regalbeautyco.enquiries@gmail.com
3. Course cancellation/reschedule: In the rare event of needing to cancel a scheduled course date, you will be given two options,
- reschedule to the next available course date, that suits both parties.
- A full refund; Will be processed. You will receive communication from us via the contact information provided during the enrolment process. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
4. Force Majeure: We reserve the right to amend or modify our refund and exchange policy in the case of force majeure events (events beyond our control), such as natural disasters, strikes, or government orders, that may affect the feasibility of the event.
